Live 8: Muse to play in Paris instead of London
According to the live8
website, Muse have been moved to Paris for the shows that will
take place in support of the Make Poverty History campaign on July
2.

New album expected for April 2006
According to a Chris' interview extracted from the French Magazine
RockMag, the band might be releasing their new album in March or
April 2006.
Rich Costey will produce this new opus (he was the producer of Absolution).
It will probably be recorded in France and in New York.
Chris also talks about the new songs. Except the 4 new songs played
live (Des, Crying Shame/My searching, Codebreak Shy Outsider/ Bandit
song, Debase Mason's Grog/Messageboard song/Easy Tiger/New D), the
band has already composed 4 or 5 new songs.

The French record company Naïve has confirmed the release of
an Absolution Box Set on July 19th 2005. It includes:
- Time is running out CD/DVD
- Hysteria CD/DVD
- Sing for absolution CD/DVD
- Butterflies & Hurricanes CD/DVD

Muse confirmed for Live 8
Live 8 is expected to take place in support of the Make Poverty
History campaign, which highlights the global problem that a child
dies every three seconds due to extreme poverty.
The gigs, on July 2, will take place in Hyde Park in London, as
well as shows in Philadelphia, Berlin, Rome and Paris.
Artists already confirmed include U2, Razorlight , Muse, Scissor
Sisters, Robbie Williams, Madonna, Elton John, Coldplay, REM, Dido,
Paul McCartney and Keane.
